Greekart.com provides you with accurate descriptions for all items including photos, measurements and product details before making any purchase.
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchases, so if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
In case you wish to return a purchased item, please contact us at info@greekart.com in order to give you instructions about the returning process. If you fail to contact us before any return, Greekart.com bears no responsibility for any complications that may occur.

 

Returns
Every item from Greekart.com is carefully inspected before shipping.
However, if you are not satisfied with the goods delivered, or you just changed your mind, then inform us within 14 days of your receipt of the goods and you can return them back.
In order to return your goods, please  contact us first at info@greekart.com, so we can provide further instructions
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they are packed up properly and do not get damaged on the way!
In case you have received a broken item, you are eligible to make a return. However, as we need to verify that the item is broken in order to approve the return, you are obliged to send us photographs of the item proving your claim.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We don’t accept returns for earrings in case the protective bag has been opened due to hygiene reasons.
Your item must be in the original packaging.

 

Refunds
As soon as we receive your return, all goods will be well inspected.
We will then notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once your return is carefully inspected and approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). This includes only the sale price of each item.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
In case of a faulty item on delivery, we will refund the price you purchased your item at, plus the money spent for the transportation cost. (In this case you need to make a claim through info@greekart.com as described above)

 

Shipping
In case of a return we advise to use a registered post service. You will be responsible for the shipping costs in order to return your item. Shipping costs are no refundable.
