The Malia honeybess, also know as of The “Gold Ornament of the Malians”, is a famous archaeological find discovered in 1930 near Malia, Crete.
The pendant depicts two bees adding a droplet of honey into the honeycomb. This depiction showcases the Minoan civilization’s technical skill and offers insights into the society and culture.
The original is now exhibited in the Heraklion, Crete, Archaeological Museum.
